Data collected
This site only collects the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form:
- name;

No sensitive data is requested. Please do not submit confidential information through this form.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to establish a business relationship.
The legal basis for the processing is your consent, collected when the form is submitted, together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Recipients
The data is intended solely for the authorised personnel of AIFOS responsible for handling incoming enquiries.
It may transit through the technical providers hosting the site and delivering the form submissions: GitHub, Inc. and Formspree. No data is transferred or sold to third parties.
Transfers outside the European Union
Website hosting and form processing are provided by companies established in the United States (GitHub, Inc. and Formspree). Data submitted through the contact form is therefore transferred outside the European Union.
These transfers are governed by the mechanisms set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
If you would prefer your data not to leave the European Union, please write directly to contact@aifos.fr rather than using the form.

Enquiries are retained for 12 months from the last contact, then deleted.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
These rights may be exercised by email at contact@aifos.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. No prior consent is therefore required.
Typefaces are loaded from the Google Fonts service, which involves a connection to a third-party server that may record your IP address. To avoid this connection, the fonts can be hosted directly on the domain (see README, “Font hosting”).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Data submitted through the form travels encrypted between your browser and the server.
